How do I join the Privilege program?
To join the Privilege program, simply apply at your store and pay the annual fee indicated in store. You can start enjoying the benefits right away!
All individuals of legal age can join the Privilege program. The card is strictly personal. Your membership implies acceptance of the Privilege card’s terms and conditions.
Is my card valid everywhere?
You can enjoy the benefits of your Privilege card in all our stores in France that offer this loyalty program!
How can I take advantage of my benefits?
To enjoy your benefits, nothing could be simpler: as soon as you are identified as a Privilege card member, your discounts and gifts will be automatically applied.
How do I renew my Privilege card?
When your card expires, simply request a new one in store and pay your annual membership fee.
You will keep your original card, which will be extended for one year. After four years, you will be issued a new card.
Has your card been lost, stolen, or damaged?
After paying €3.90, you will be given a new card directly at the store where you applied for the card.
