Gender Equality Index

UES 5àSec (5àsec RIF – 5àsec France)

In accordance with Law No. 2018-771 of September 7, 2018, known as the “Professional Future Law,” UES 5àsec has calculated its gender equality index. For the year 2024, the UES index is 76 points out of 100.

The Gender Pay Equality Index is composed of five indicators measured according to a point scale defined by decree:

  1. The pay gap between men and women. UES 5àsec obtained a score of 37/40. This score is explained by a fixed salary scale for the salaries of new store staff, with increases negotiated each year with our social partners.
  2. The distribution of individual salary increases between men and women. UES 5àsec obtained a score of 20/20.
  3. The distribution of promotions between men and women. UES 5àsec scored 15/15, achieving total parity.
  4. Measurement of the number of female employees receiving a raise after maternity leave. UES 5àsec scores 0/15. This score highlights an area for improvement that we have fully identified.
  5. And finally, the number of women among the ten highest paid employees. UES 5àsec scores 5/10, as three women are among the ten highest paid employees.

In this very female-dominated environment, we will continue our efforts in this direction over the coming years.
