Who can benefit from the Employee Dry Cleaning Card?

The Card is suitable for all companies and local authorities whose employees and agents wear professional uniforms. However, we know that every locker room is unique and must be treated differently. That’s why our market experts offer you the solutions best suited to your specific business: construction, industry/energy, trades/local authorities, business services, hospitality/catering, distribution/luxury goods, transport/logistics, etc.

How should I handle an employee's departure?

If your employee’s card is registered to them personally, you can block it via your customer account. In the case of a temporary departure, you can suspend the card and reactivate it when your employee returns. If the card is anonymous, it can be used by another of your employees.

What are the advantages of the solution for employees?

Your employees can choose from a wide range of our partner dry cleaners, who guarantee high-quality cleaning. They no longer have to pay upfront or submit expense reports.

Do you want cards for temporary employees?

You can order agency cards: these cards are not registered to a specific person and can be recharged once the “cleaning” credit has been used up.

What is your delivery time for cards?

The delivery time is 8 to 10 business days.

The delivery deadline has passed and I still haven't received the laundry card I ordered. What should I do?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact the sales department as soon as possible. However, modification/cancellation of your order cannot be guaranteed.

How can you find out when your delivery drivers will be coming?

You can find all the information related to delivery rounds in your contract or in the welcome pack you received when you started using the service.

Can I request special permission?

Special deliveries are not guaranteed. Please contact your account manager to discuss feasibility based on the current route and logistical availability.

Can I increase the number of visits per week?

Yes, an increase in frequency is possible subject to feasibility. Please contact your account manager, who will review the request based on existing routes and logistical availability.
