KlinCare is a key player in sustainable textiles, placing “care” at the heart of its raison d’être.

For over 50 years, KlinCare has been committed to more sustainable textiles. Through its network of dry cleaners, the company breathes new life into its customers’ clothes so that they can enjoy them for as long as possible. Behind every service, there is a simple commitment: to care.

Our role in the current textile revolution is to be a catalyst for change.

– Olivier Boccara, CEO of KlinCare Group

Faced with the climate emergency and overconsumption of textiles, KlinCare has chosen a responsible model where innovation and sustainability go hand in hand. As a leader in textile care, our ambition is clear: to support the transition to a more sustainable and respectful fashion industry by offering high-quality, low-impact services.

We have been innovating for 50 years to better support our customers and keep their clothes looking like new for longer.

Our CSR strategy for 2030: three pillars for concrete commitment

Taking care of our teams

With 1,300 employees, 95% of whom are women, KlinCare places human well-being at the heart of its business. Because excellent service starts with happy teams, we have made quality of life at work a priority.

  • Implementation of an annual social barometer
  • Ergonomics redesigned to limit repetitive movements
  • Training in stress management and safety
  • Access to continuing education via an e-learning platform

Today, my mission is to support and develop our talent. Our training department is constantly evolving and innovating, with one goal in mind: to unlock the potential of every employee.

– Sabine Le Noë, Group Training Manager

KlinCare also plays a role in social mobility by offering opportunities to people with no experience and promoting internal advancement:

  • 100% of store managers are promoted from within
  • Target: 50% of production workers promoted to multi-skilled workers by 2030

Caring for our environment

Reducing our environmental impact is a daily mission. This involves technical, logistical, and human choices:

  • 36% reduction in water consumption at our treatment plant
  • Installation of energy-efficient machines
  • Target: 20% reduction in water and electricity consumption by 2030
  • Widespread use of returnable hangers and reusable covers

We innovate with our partners to develop eco-friendly solutions without compromising on quality, favoring eco-labeled, natural, or low-impact products.
